Melissa Lucas Thomas is the CEO and Founder of Moxie Global Consulting, LLC and All Things Moxie Personal Development Coaching. She is a visionary business leader with expertise in the private aviation, luxury hospitality, and executive coaching.

Over the past two decades, she has worked as an innovator and turnaround expert with emphasis on developing inspiring leaders, managing service culture transformations, creating new revenue streams, and delivering operational excellence. Prior to starting her own consulting and coaching businesses, she has held senior leadership positions with Flight Options\FlexJet, Signature Aviation and the Walt Disney Company. Her passion to create, lead and motivate spans both business and philanthropy. She has served as Chairman of the Board for Aviation Community Foundation, an aviation and STEM education charity inspiring and providing access to aviation careers for youth.
